Located on a remote stretch of beach in Playa del Rey, the existing beach house was completely updated to better reflect the sublime beach environment. New smooth troweled plaster, windows, guardrails and kitchen refreshed the beach house experience. A new roof top entertaining deck was added to celebrate the views and the exquisite sunsets.
